Officer Bios

Hey delegates! I am Sohan Saggar, one of your co-chairs for International Security and Crime at the 2027 conference. I am currently a Junior at New Providence High School, and this will be my 3rd year at MUN. Outside of MUN, I am in YAG, run my school's debate club, and am very civically engaged. I also play tennis, and play saxophone in my school's marching band. MUN has been so valuable to my life, giving me a love of public speaking, law, and policy. This program is truly unique because it is one of the few opportunities for students to debate, create policy, and connect with like-minded students without a fierce, competitive atmosphere or the pressure to outperform other delegates. I truly cannot wait to work with you all, and my foremost goal as your chair will be to ensure that you all share the same positive experiences that I did.
