Officer Bios

Hi everyone and welcome! My name is Olivia Marquet and I am currently a senior at Westfield High School. This is my 4th year in Model UN, and I am beyond excited to serve as one of your Lead Youth Secretariat officers this conference. Outside of MUN, I am a dancer and I also write for my school's newspaper and magazine. I also love to read, cook, and go to the beach with my family — the Jersey Shore is my favorite place in the summer! Additionally, I volunteer as a peer minister at my local church, and my family and I also run a baseball league in my town for children with special needs, which I am super proud to be a part of. I am so grateful for everything Model UN has brought to my life in finding a voice, making life-long friends, and having a safe space to discuss important global issues. I cannot wait to see the impact of our YS service project, and to witness how delegates will go beyond their duties as students to help out others in nearby communities. I am so excited to see what this year has in store, and I cannot wait to see everyone soon!
