Officer Bios

Hi delegates! My name is Gracy Kaur, and I’m beyond excited to chair the Group of 20 for YMUN 2027! I am a senior at Marple Newtown High School, and in addition to being Treasurer for our MUN delegation, I help with event coordination for the Asian American Cultural Association, co-founder of our PA YAG delegation, part of the Mock Trial and Hi-Q team (similar to Quizbowl), and part of a regional internship cohort for the Sikh American Legal Defense and Education Fund. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music in different languages, making memories using my digital camera, and watching cricket or women's basketball. The Group of 20 has been especially impactful on my MUN journey since I participated as a delegate in the committee for two conferences prior to this year; it offers a unique experience where you can build great public speaking skills in such a close-knit environment. I hope to change delegates’ lives in any way possible during my final conference and I’m so excited to see you all grow in committee.
