Officer Bios

Hello Delegates! My name is Bradin Roberts, and I am your chair for the Social, Humanitarian, and Cultural B (SOCHUM B) Committee. I am a senior at Ocean City High School, where I participate in a variety of clubs and activities. I also work as a party princess, face painting and performing as different characters for children. Outside of that, I am a member of my school’s Civic Leaders of America club, where we discuss current events and engage in political debate, something I am very passionate about. This is my fourth year in SOCHUM, and I am excited to continue building the strong sense of community I’ve seen flourish over time. One important lesson I’ve learned is that every delegate brings unique strengths. Some excel at speaking, while others thrive in writing and brainstorming resolutions. I remember my freshman year feeling nervous to speak, but with encouragement from experienced delegates, I gained the confidence to participate more throughout the weekend. I hope returning delegates will mentor someone new, and first year delegates will find someone to grow with. Always feel free to reach out, I’m only an email away!
