Hi delegates, welcome to YMUN 2026! My name is Aila Lam, and I’m so excited to be your World Health Organization Co-Chair. I’m a senior at Marple Newtown High School in PA, and in addition to being a part of my delegation’s Model UN, I participate in clubs like Asian American Cultural Association, FBLA, Annenberg Science Symposium, Newspaper, and Jazz Band. I’m also an assistant tennis coach for kids! In my free time I like baking cookies, playing piano, and hanging with my friends! I hope you truly take advantage of your one weekend at conference to face your fears, engage in productive debate, collaborate, and experience new things! Whether it's to work on public speaking, parliamentary procedure, research, or you need any other advice, please never hesitate to reach out — I’d love to help you in any way.
